The black and flecked coat colour of Smudge the english springer spaniel, contrasts very well with the snowy surround. Using the centre-weighted average I have been able to compose the shot whilst he obeys one his masters commands. As a working dog he has a shorter coarser coat, is quick to learn making him the ideal hunting companion.
